Cost data was integrated with contract sales data to provide granularity to each contract, each client and each cost profile. This allowed a shift from flat rates to per-profile negotiations; thus dramatically improving overall agency profitability.

A client needed proof their payroll service was overcharging. A custom macro Excel file updated weekly payroll line items against the contracted fee schedule. This uncovered over $500,000 of excessive charges by the vendor.
